Subscription & Cancellation Policy
How Subscriptions Work: When you purchase a monthly subscription from Try Alive, you agree to an initial and recurring subscription fee at the then-current rate. You accept responsibility for all recurring charges until you cancel your subscription.
Billing Cycle: Your payment method on file will be automatically billed every 30 days from the date of your original purchase. A new order will be generated and shipped to you upon successful payment.
Cancellation Policy: You may cancel, pause, or modify your subscription at any time with no hidden fees or penalties. To avoid being charged for your next billing cycle, you must cancel at least 48 hours before your next scheduled payment.

Alternatively, you can email us at tryaliveshop@gmail.com with the subject line "Subscription Cancellation," and our team will process it for you. If you are charged because you did not cancel in time, we cannot refund the subscription order once it has been processed for shipping.
