Shipping Policy

Order Processing: All orders are processed and shipped on weekdays (Monday through Friday), excluding weekends and major public holidays. Please allow 1 to 3 business days for our fulfillment team to process and pack your order before it is handed off to the carrier.

Shipping Times & Rates: Our standard estimated delivery time is 8 to 15 business days from the date of shipment. Shipping times are estimates and are not guaranteed, as unforeseen carrier delays, weather events, or customs holds may affect transit times.

Order Tracking: Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking number. Please allow 24 to 48 hours for the tracking portal to update.

Lost or Stolen Packages: Try Alive is not responsible for packages that are lost or stolen after the carrier marks them as "Delivered." If your tracking shows as delivered but you have not received it, please check with neighbors or your local post office.
