Return & Refund Policy

30-Day Return Window: We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not, we offer a 30-day return policy. You have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

Eligibility for Returns: For health, safety, and hygiene reasons, we can only accept returns on items that are unopened, unused, in their original packaging, and in the same condition that you received them. We cannot accept returns on partially used foot soak bags.

Initiating a Return: To start a return, please contact us at tryaliveshop@gmail.com with your order number and the reason for the return. If your return is accepted, we will provide you with instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Refunds: We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return. If approved, you will be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take several business days for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund to your account. Please note: Original shipping costs are non-refundable, and the customer is responsible for paying return shipping costs.
